Hi! We’re Bryan and Krysia (pronounced Kree-sha), and we’re so thankful you’re taking a moment to get to know our family. Adoption has already brought so much joy and love into our lives, and we are excited—and hopeful—about the opportunity to grow our family again through this incredible journey.
Our story began as high school sweethearts, and after all these years, we still love doing life side by side. We’ve now been married for 13 years and live just outside a mid-size city in a cozy four-bedroom home filled with laughter, Legos, and a whole lot of love.
We’re raising two amazing boys—Judah (8) and Justus (6)—who bring so much joy, curiosity, and energy into our home. They’re kind, creative, and always up for an adventure, especially when it involves digging in the dirt or jumping into a lake.
As a multiracial family, we’ve been intentional about creating a life surrounded by diversity and inclusion. Our neighborhood feels like home in every way, with a local barbershop, library, and ice cream shop just a short walk from our front door. It’s a place where our kids see faces that look like theirs, voices that speak love, and a community that embraces difference.
Bryan is a quiet, steady presence in our home—an engineer by profession, with a calm and selfless spirit. His dry sense of humor keeps us all laughing, and he’s the guy who can fix anything while making it fun. He’s a hands-on dad, a great listener, and the kind of person you can count on no matter what.
Krysia is a stay-at-home mom who brings warmth, creativity, and a sense of adventure to our everyday lives. Whether she’s exploring the backyard with the boys, packing a picnic for the park, or turning an ordinary afternoon into something magical, she’s always looking for ways to make life feel joyful and full of wonder.
When we’re not playing in our big backyard, we love spending time at our family lake house. It’s our favorite getaway—full of swimming, nature walks, late-night s’mores, and shared meals on the porch. These are the moments that define us: simple, meaningful, and full of connection.
We love being parents and feel incredibly honored to have become a family through adoption once already.
